Who we are

OhDigital LLC (“OhDigital,” “we,” “us”) is a web design, branding, and SEO studio. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website and client portal, and what we do with it.

What we collect

  • Information you give us. When you fill out the contact form or cost estimator, we collect your name, email, company, and the project details you share.
  • Client portal accounts. If you are a client, we store your login email and the project information we manage together (files, invoices, notes, approvals).
  • Basic usage data. Like most sites, we may collect anonymous analytics such as pages visited and general location, to understand how the site is used.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to inquiries, prepare estimates and proposals, deliver and manage projects, send service related emails (such as portal updates), and improve our website. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We rely on a few trusted providers to run our business. They process data only on our behalf:
  • Supabase (database, authentication, file storage)
  • Resend (transactional email)
  • Calendly (call scheduling)
  • Vercel (website hosting)

Data retention

We keep project and account data for as long as you are a client and for a reasonable period afterward, then delete or anonymize it. Inquiry and estimate submissions are kept while we follow up and for our records. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your choices

You can request a copy of the personal information we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, or opt out of non essential emails. Just reach out and we will take care of it.
